The demographic profile of Africa post 2030 suggests a continent that will host a population of working age greater than those of either China or India.

In order to fully harness the potential this change presents, Africa requires capacity building at the tertiary education level.

If achieved, this could positively affect markets both domestically and internationally.

The Pan African Talent Initiative (PATI); has been designed to support the sustained
improvement of the prospects of Africa’s youth and the future growth and
sustainability of their countries.
